The biggest Composite Deck board ever made!

Way, way back in 2007 we were involved in the design and manufacture of the largest composite deck board ever manufactured. A record that endures even today!

The technology and know-how to produce this scale of product was only available through the Strandex Corporation out of Madison, Wisconsin. Weighing 20kg per 7 metre length, 300mm wide and 150mm deep the profile was custom extruded in the technical facility. The product was installed asa bridge floor at Rattlesnake pass (you can't make these names up).

Formulated using reprocessed wood four and PVC the lateral strength ensured the structure could support a medium sized vehicle over a long period of time.
